Types of incisions used

The type of scar resulting from the surgery is determined by the type of incision.

Scar around the areola. It results from periareolar mastopexy. Indicated for patients with moderate flaccidity.

Vertical scar. It is for the "I" shaped mastopexy, which surrounds the areola, but goes down vertically to the center of the breast. It is recommended to improve the shape, cleavage and correct sagging.
