Learn about the procedure and results of this surgery in our hybrid breast augmentation before and after gallery.
Hybrid breast augmentation is an aesthetic procedure that combines the placement of breast implants with autologous fat transfer. Its goal is to improve the shape and size of the breasts while giving them a more natural appearance.
The procedure begins with liposuction to extract fat from areas such as the abdomen, flanks, thighs, etc. The aspirated fat undergoes a purification process before being transferred to the breasts. To place the implant, a technique known as “modified dual plane” is used. Once the prostheses are placed in the pocket, fat is injected to shape the breasts.
Following hybrid breast augmentation, patients typically return home after a few hours in the recovery room. It is normal to experience pain in the first few days, as well as swelling; your doctor will prescribe medications.
You should not perform strenuous physical activity. You must sleep on your back for the first four weeks and can return to work one week later.
In this photo gallery you can see results from some of our patients who have come to Sculpture Clinic for hybrid breast augmentation using the lipofilling technique and anatomical prosthesis placement.
