I am Dr. David Alías Jiménez, a member of the Sculpture Clinic medical team and head of the Bariatric Surgery and Proctology Unit.

I specialize in general and digestive surgery.

After more than 20 years in this field, my motivation continues to be improving my patients’ health, through empathy and professionalism.

Giving the patient my best is what guarantees their wellbeing.

The reason I chose bariatric surgery over other specialties is that it has a dual function.

On the one hand, it solves aesthetic problems.

On the other hand, it improves overall health.

That’s the reason I decided to dedicate myself to this, because wellbeing and beauty always go hand in hand.

My mission is to treat my patients with humanity and be honest about what they can achieve, at all times.

I hold a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the Complutense University, specialist in General and Digestive Surgery (Registration No. 282850349 with the ICOMEM). Member of the AEC and the AECP.

I have spent my entire career immersed in innovation and the latest-generation technology. That’s why I am one of the few accredited specialists in Da Vinci Robotic Surgery in Spain.

Helping to resolve serious weight and intestinal health problems with techniques such as gastric sleeve, endosleeve, or radiofrequency.

I started more than 20 years ago as a staff physician in various hospitals in Madrid, training with the best professionals.

I currently coordinate the colorectal surgery section of the Rey Juan Carlos University Hospital.

I am also devoted body and soul to resolving pelvic floor conditions through minimally invasive surgery.

I am approachable, honest and responsible with my patients. They are always my greatest motivation.

I am a Cum Laude doctor in Medicine and Surgery from the Rey Juan Carlos University.

My philosophy is Carpe Diem, living each day to the fullest and giving 100% in everything I do.
