I am Dr. Andrés Rivera Muñoz, a member of the medical team at Sculpture Clinic and part of the prestigious Spanish Society of Aesthetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery. With more than 5 years of experience in the field of plastic surgery, I can say my work is my passion.

I specialize in body contouring surgery, breast surgery, microsurgery, and migraine surgery. Each clinical case is a new challenge for me, and I am committed to achieving perfect results for my patients.

But what really drives me forward is seeing the happiness in my patients’ eyes after each procedure. It’s an indescribable feeling to know I’ve helped improve someone’s life, and that’s what truly keeps me motivated every day.

From the very first day of my career, I knew my goal was to improve people’s lives. Seeing them smile and feel good about themselves is my greatest reward. That’s why I see aesthetic treatments as an essential tool for achieving that goal.

What Is My Training?

I hold a degree in Medicine from the Complutense University of Madrid with honors. I specialize in body contouring, breast, microsurgery, and migraine surgery.

I took the MIR specialty entrance exam and ranked 20th in Spain.

I have also collaborated on international healthcare cooperation projects to further improve my skills.

In improving my patients’ body contour using techniques such as Abdominoplasty, HD Liposculpture, and Breast Surgery.

My vision for body contouring surgery is to minimize scarring and achieve body harmony that meets each patient’s wishes.

Personally, I like to blend an athletic style with curves, although I believe every body shape deserves a tailored approach. I strive to give a realistic view of what change is possible and to help my patients reach their goals.

My most notable techniques in breast surgery — what brings the greatest satisfaction?

Personally, I face two challenges in breast surgery: achieving perfect harmony and minimizing scars as much as possible. I am an expert in tuberous breast correction and in reshaping the breast while avoiding vertical scars.

Fat breast augmentation (breast lipofilling), together with implant-based mastopexy and breast reduction, are the surgeries I’ve specialized in and where I bring my best work.

Specifically in tuberous breast cases, periareolar mastopexy with implants or fat achieves truly remarkable results, completely transforming the appearance of the breasts with the highest possible satisfaction.

I began my specialization in Plastic Surgery at Hospital Gregorio Marañón, where I gained solid training.
