I am Dr. Andrés Rivera Muñoz, member of the medical team of Sculpture Clinic and I am part of the prestigious Spanish Society of Aesthetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery. With more than 5 years of experience in the field of plastic surgery, I can say that my work is my passion.

I specialize in body contouring surgery, breast surgery, microsurgery and migraine surgery. Each clinical case is a new challenge for me and I am dedicated to achieving perfect results for my patients.

But what really keeps me going is seeing the happiness in my patients' eyes after each procedure. It's an indescribable feeling to know that I have contributed to improving someone's life, and that's what really keeps me motivated every day.

What is my background?

I have a degree in Medicine from the Complutense University of Madrid Spain with honors. I specialize in body contouring surgery, breast, microsurgery and migraine surgery.

I took the entrance exam for the MIR specialty and was ranked 20th in Spain.

I have also collaborated in cooperative health projects abroad to improve my skills.

What do I specialize in?

In improving the body contour of my patients with techniques such as Abdominoplasty, HD Liposculpture and Breast Surgery.

My vision of body contouring surgery, what result do I look for in my patients?

My vision of body contouring surgery seeks to disguise scars and achieve body harmony to satisfy each patient's desires.

Personally I like to mix athletic styling with curves, although I believe that all shapes have a place depending on the body from which we start. I hope to convey a realistic vision of the possibility of change and help my patients achieve their goals.

My most outstanding techniques in breast surgery, which generate the most satisfaction?

Personally I have two challenges in breast surgery: to look for the perfect harmony and to hide the scars as much as possible. I am an expert in tuberous breast and in modifying the shape of the breast avoiding vertical scars.

Breast augmentation with fat (breast lipofilling) along with mastopexy with prosthesis and breast reduction are the surgeries in which I have specialized and in which I manage to give the best of me.

Specifically in the tuberous breast, periareolar mastopexy with prostheses or fat achieves real miracles by completely changing the appearance of the breasts with the greatest possible satisfaction.

What is my track record?

I started with the specialization in Plastic Surgery at the Gregorio Marañón Hospital where I acquired a solid training.

Since then, I have performed hundreds of procedures and have specialized in body surgery, breast surgery and migraine surgery. My fundamental commitment is to help my patients achieve their desires with safety and satisfaction.

I am an open and sincere person. I like to meet people and enjoy the company: for me a happy day is the one I spend with my friends.

I am conciliatory but at the same time determined and tenacious, I like to pursue my goals and I try not to stop in the face of inconveniences that may arise.
