I am Dr. Miguel Fernández Calderón, medical director of Sculpture Clinic and a plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon accredited by SECPRE.

I specialize in body contouring surgery.

Every year I treat more than 500 people, helping them feel a little happier and improve their quality of life.

I try to do good by the people who come into my life.

Ever since I was a child I have wanted to give society the best of myself.

That is why I decided to train as a plastic surgeon: for the chance to reshape the human body with visible results.

Today I have more than a decade behind me doing exactly that, thoroughly enjoying the journey and innovating every day.

There are hard moments, no doubt about it. Long operations that leave me exhausted.

But it is always worth it.

Because when I see my patients happy with their new appearance, I cannot help but smile and feel I chose the right profession.

I hold a degree in Medicine from the UCLM and I am a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery through the MIR program (license number 282865809 with ICOMEM). Member of SECPRE and the SAPS Academy.

I continue to learn today by taking part in a range of scientific congresses.

In reshaping the whole body to achieve slender, subtle curves with procedures such as full HD liposculpture, abdominoplasty, buttock fat transfer and liposuction.

I have spent 12 years working at Hospital Universitario La Paz alongside the finest aesthetic surgery professionals in Spain. I have also worked with a number of surgeons in private clinics.

Every day I perform body, breast, intimate and facial aesthetic procedures.

Born in Albacete, I consider myself an intense person, hard-working and a perfectionist.

I achieved the highest score in the MIR examination of 2010, out of 15,000 candidates.

I assess my patients with a three-dimensional eye, exploring every inch of their contours so I can recommend what is genuinely best for them.

With a distinguished career in the field of plastic surgery, Dr. Fernández Calderón has had the privilege of contributing actively to a range of professional training events and activities. His most recent achievements include:

  • Co-organizer, with the Spanish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (SECPRE), of the 2022 Body Contouring update course.
  • Faculty member at the National Congress of Plastic Surgery (SECPRE) 2023.
  • Faculty member at the AECEP Meeting 2023.
  • Organizer of the Post-operative Care Conference in Madrid 2023, an event designed to promote best practice in post-operative care and ensure optimal results for our patients.
  • Organizer of the international course for plastic surgeons: Madrid Body Contouring Surgical Training, an initiative dedicated to training and developing professionals in cutting-edge body contouring techniques.

He is also recognized as an international authority in body contouring and breast surgery, an area to which he has devoted years of study and practice in order to offer his patients results of the highest quality.
