- Periareolar mastopexy. The incision is at the edge of the areola.
- Inverted T mastopexy. In addition to the cut at the edge of the areola, a vertical incision is made down to the crease of the breast, which forms the T shape.
- Vertical mastopexy. Similar to the previous one, but the vertical incision is smaller.
- Mastopexy with anchorage. Incisions are made in the areola and vertically as in the inverted T, but additionally a cut is made along the breast crease, for cases of severe sagging.

- The day of surgery:
- Application of anesthesia (general or local with sedation).
- Incisions are made as planned.

- Finally, the incisions are closed and the bandage is applied.
Postoperative care and recovery
